Man-made fabric with partially recycled plastic resembles genuine raffia straw. It will not crack or melt when wet and is more durable and lightweight than natural fiber straw. Lightweight and packable. Blocks 95% UVA/UVB rays. Independent testing in accordance with AATCC (American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists) test methods have determined this product’s effectiveness for blocking ultraviolet radiation as well as UVA/UVB radiation. How do I make an exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.
