We take great pride in our products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, washed or used and with all tags attached (less shipping costs). All jewelry, sale, personalized and special order purchases are final sale; no credits or exchanges will be given.

How do I make an exchange? 
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.
