Cashmere is delicate, so we recommend washing it no more often than every fourth wear. In between, simply allow the garment to air out. When it does need a clean, hand wash gently in lukewarm water with a small amount of mild shampoo, then lay flat on a towel to dry. Avoid hanging or exposing it to heat, as this may alter its shape of the garment.

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.
