We collaborate on the zipper toggles with Kenyan artisans. All work on them is done entirely by hand with simple tools and machinery, using locally sourced (in Kenya) materials. These up-cycled materials are used to generate income for small artisan groups working mostly in Kibera, one of Nairobi's largest slums.

How do I make an exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.
