- The cashmere for this product is produced according to The Good Cashmere Standard® by AbTF. The standard ensures the welfare of the cashmere goats, protects natural resources and supports the local farmers that produce it.
- Hand or machine wash your knitwear at 68°F in a pillowcase or washing bag. Do not use fabric softener or leave your knit soaking in water. The spin speed must not exceed 400 rpm. Dry flat on a towel away from direct sunlight and heat.

How do I make an exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.
